Well, the YouTube demo erases any concern that the Flash player wouldn’t be on the iPhone.

Mike, the iPhone doesn’t support Flash yet. Youtube is in the process of retrofitting all of their content into H.264, which is usable thanks to a decoder chip onboard.
And FWIW, I find that these ads are very compelling, moreso than almost anything that’s been done for the Macintosh. The “How To” ad on Apple’s website is a demo of every major feature of the iPhone in thirty seconds!
