if i do a restore on my iphone 3g will it be locked?, i tryed to install this, but i just show a usb connect to itunes logo. if so has anyone see a tutorial for unlocking the 3g i bought it unlocked already.

i installed it and all it has been saying for the past 35 mins is....

"apptapp installer is now copying the required files to your iphone...

this will take 2-3 minutes, please be patient..."

i tried all the steps according to the instructions and when the installation gets to stage 2 where it is running in recovery stage, it just sits there and does nothing else. What is going on?

Will the installer.app still work for the iPhone 3G? will I even need installer.app since thhe iPhone 3G has the App Store?

Hi,

I have i-phone bought from e-bay unlocked with firmware 1.1.4. Is this procedure good enough for firmware 1.1.4 to install the installer.app.

please confirm. I'm very eager to install installer.app and use my iphone to its fullest strength.
