Well I went back and looked for 1.1.3 mail fix and couldnt find it.. so................... I made the mistake of trying again to find out that the 1.1.3 soft upgrade was taken down.. so I started over and basically got my phone back to 1.1.2 jailbroke and working fine with 3rd part aps.. I then did this

Set Auto-Lock to "Never" in your settings to prevent the Phone from
locking and shutting down your connection.

This installer downloads a significant amount of data from Apple's
website. Be sure you have WiFi turned on so that you don't use your
mobile connection - or you'll be sitting there a while!

Be sure to perform this upgrade with the charge cable connected

INSTRUCTIONS

Copy this entire distribution to / on your iPhone/iTouch
So you will have /update-prebinding-path.txt and so on

scp -r ./* root@iphone:/

Run the install.sh script:

sh install.sh

The device will perform an upgrade and reboot into 1.1.3

If something DOES go wrong, restore back to 1.1.2 / Jailbroken and try again.

IT hung up after about 1 hour so I just rebooted the phone and used iphuc command "cmd fsboot" to boot it and everything is working like a charm on 1.1.3 and it rocks but..............BUT... If I reboot the phone I have to enter iphuc and cmd fsboot to get it past the CD - Plug screen it wont just boot up.. but if i just simply shut the phone off by tapping the top button it comes back on with no problem.. so now I dont know what to do.. any help would be nice..

I'm guessing that the issue is occurring on a jailbroken 1.1.3 phone, as this has been a common issue with both the original Nate True jailbreak and the Dev Team's method. If so, there is an easy fix. Add both Big Boss sources to Installer - the first is http://sleepers.net/iphonerepo. Once that is added, you should see a package called Big Boss' Beta/ Experimental under Sources - add that one too. The under the Tweaks (1.1.3) category, you should see an item called 113 Mailfix - install that, and your mail passwords will stick.
