		<description>&lt;p&gt;Even if this is completely unfounded rumors, going the unlocked route makes a lot of sense to me... but to protect their revenue from the mobile phone network operators, Apple will move the lock-in to the software on the network side, so that you only get the cool features supported by your iPhone when you subscribe to one of the official mobile phone operators (and Apple gets rev-share).
