		<description>&lt;p&gt;I would like to think that in most major markets, this would not be an issue.  In fact, unless you are about to trek out into uncharted countryside, I would like to think that this would not be an issue in even minor markets.   With AT&amp;T&#039;s partners, I don&#039;t think this would be an issue very often.    ... And when it is, I&#039;m not so sure there is anything you can do about it.  . . . What are you going to do, make a U-Turn just to stay in range?????&lt;/p&gt;
