They shouldn't have released the update on the same day they launched the 3G. Now I can't use my phone. It's been like 5 hours. For the longest time I couldn't get anything done, it was completely gone... error 1604. Then I plugged into one of my employees Mac's and finally got it to give me some sign there is software on it. Now, thanks to Apple's poor planning and bad customer service I have to wait until iTunes is accessible. This is a disaster!</p> Man, I’m having such a hard time updating today.
