They refuse to let anyone see the new products or firmwares until there actually out on the market for sale. Thats just ridicoulous. The apple store employees don't even get there hands on the new products till the day there supposed to be selling them to the consumers. How is anyone supposed to be knowledgable about a product let alone confidently sell it without ever using it.</p> Thats why apple always fails more than anything else.
