There is obviously so much interest in what they might be doing, that there are more rumors than real news stories, and even when the rumors don't come true in the time frame of the rumor, everybody seems to say, "well maybe next quarter". I don't recall these same kind of rumor stories for IBM, HP, Dell, et al. It's one reason I don't pay much attention to rumors, or make any purchase decisions based on them.</p> <p>Makes me glad to have been a madhead since 1984.</p> I just realized, Apple is obviously here to stay!
