		<description>&lt;p&gt;Bread made from/with vegetables is not a very obscure category actually. There&#039;s zucchini bread, potato bread, onion bread and cornbread. And that&#039;s just off the top of my head.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;On topic, I&#039;ve been using this app for a few months, and it&#039;s got some good recipes in it. I made a lentil pilaf with turkey meatballs, and I didn&#039;t think it was going to turn out well, but it was delicious! Highly recommended.&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>&lt;p&gt;Actually you can “lock in” a category by simply lining up the desired category and then highlight the you selection by clicking on it.  Then when you spin the highlighted category stays put!!!&lt;/p&gt;
