&lt;p&gt;I already did get a refund from Apple for a crappy piece of software from the appstore that did not do what it promised. It was only like $0.99, but it wasn&#039;t the money so much as the principle.&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>&lt;p&gt;Ha... Not! Apps crashing is not the fault of Apple or the iPhone itself. It&#039;s the app and who ever coded it. Demand of a fix from the developer would be more appropriate I think.&lt;/p&gt;
