In any (every?) event, COED Magazine has compiled a list of 10 Ten Porn Stars Who Twitter, and a surprising number of them seem be doing so using the iPhone and Twitterrific. (No little blue bird jokes, we swear!)
Is it the trendiness? The ease of use? The multimedia (or multitouch!) functionality? Adult industry adoption is often seen as a technology bell-weather…

I read an interview of Jesse Jane saying in a month or two all the porn stars with Digital Playground will be twittering and on iChat via their iPhones. There’s a company already with live video chat for cam girls, but I think this will definitely be improved upon in the near future. Gotta love the way the adult industry pushes technology!

Twitter has changed the whole social networking/promoting game for us- most definitely on the highest note of greatness!
I have been on a tour feature dancing and volunteering my hours to adult stores around the country to do autograph signings since March, ‘09.
Twitter has helped me significantly! I let my followers know where they can meet and greet, and when exactly to show! The short time it takes to tweet makes it the EASIEST promoting tool to use from a smart phone.
If a store is slow (which is rare, I am lucky- It helps pass the time).. I twitter simply that I am bored.. and I usually have a few guys that show up, and chat for awhile!
It’s simply amazing to me.. That it actually works! I had no idea Twitter would actually work for me.. However, in my last few shows- I have had the honor to meet the NICEST guys from Twitter. One guy loved my tweets (and other stuff too probably, I know) so much- He bought me a nice Sephora gift card.
I don’t get presents very often and it was the NICEST thing a random guy has ever done for me.
So not only did my tour go extremely well (It will re-start in September).. Twitter has, I feel, Directly put a smile on my face. Thanks for the awesome article about us Porn Stars who Tweet.
