I have never used otter box but from the review it seems they make quality. I personally own a Incipio black silicone case that paired with with a glare resistant screen protector and a universal leather case provides (IMO) the best protection. The leather case comes in handy for blunt force to the face of the iphone. I have never used cases and screen protectors but thanks to no insurance through AT@T, this is my insurance. Im gonna buy this case and see if the shock absorbers on the corners will be too big to slip in my universal case. If it fits. I found my new case. If not. Incipio is the way to go 4 me. Ps. My incipio has not warped and i take it off every few days to clean the pocket lint off of the phone. I have had the phone since oct 31, 2008. No noticable loosening of the silicone. Still fits like a glove

This is not the best Otterbox case. Otterbox makes an AMAZING iPhone case that is virtually indestructible. Look at the $30-$35 dollar Otterbox cases. That's where it's at. Otterbox rules.
