Perhaps when they develop the app a little bit will be worth 99 cents. </p> <p>If the authors were to update it periodically and include a reference guide that actually carried reviews or ratings of individual wines it would be worth more as a shopping guide.</p> <p>They could also allow the great unwashed masses to rate wines, and thereby build up a independent opinion database of this type of data. </p> <p>That would convert it from a static document to an interactive community tool.
