Currently, I do not know of an application that will allow you to view password protected PDF files. However, don’t take this wrong, but the application does do what it advertises. It states:

It does not say anything about being capable of opening protected PDFs on your iPhone. Also protected PDF files aren’t exactly common.

I bought the software assuming that if you built an app to view pdf's that something would be included to allow users to enter password for locked pdf. I see other applications have this already.
