Apple Announces 24/7 Live Chat Support for MobileMe
Apple, via their MobileMe News blog, has just announced Live Chat Support 24/7:
We’re pleased to announce that English language Live Chat support is now available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you encounter an issue while using MobileMe and would like to address it immediately, simply go to MobileMe support. Click on the topics at the bottom left of the page to see if your question has already been answered. If it’s not, click the Chat Now button to initiate a realtime help session with a MobileMe support agent.

I just used it. My calendars (entourage, iCal, iPhone, and MobileMe) have all vanshied after adding an event using my iPhone. The rep had no clue what to do, but he told me not to fret, and he turned my case over to a MobileMe specialist so now I’m waiting on him to email me.

I have never had a problem with mobile me :-/ do people think it’s really that bad???
I am always using my iPhone to macbook.

I’m glad to see they aren’t letting MobileMe languish like they did with .Mac. I am a heavy MM user, and use everything but the calendar (g/f has Google Calendar so it’s easier to share on the same deal).
